A playful yoga class designed especially for little ones aged 3-5.
Through movement, games, mindfulness activities, and creative crafts, children will build confidence, develop coordination, and support their emotional wellbeing in a fun and nurturing environment. Most importantly, this session is all about encouraging imagination, self-expression, and lots of FUN!
Presented by Kerrie. A mindfulness coach, children’s yoga teacher, and early years educator. With a passion for supporting children’s emotional wellbeing, Kerrie creates mindful, creative, and purposeful experiences that help children build confidence, resilience, and self-awareness. Through fun, engaging, and play-based activities, she nurtures children’s mental health and wellbeing while encouraging creativity, connection, and FUN!
