Make more discoveries, with a slow art experience
As part of Skibbereen Feelgood Festival 2021, Public Engagement Artist Kate McElroy, invites a small group of participants to take a slow approach to viewing and experiencing artwork on exhibit at Uillinn in a meditative way, paying specific attention to details and the senses.
Works on display will be from the current exhibition by Stephen Brandes, 'La Place des Grands Abysses'. Stephen is a superlative draughtsman who has exhibited internationally, he explores the interplay of word and visual language as a vehicle for storytelling with particular reference to travel fiction, absurdism and satire.
