The Happiness Ensemble at 49 North Street. One road to 'happiness' is to be creative without any judgment. At the Happiness Ensemble, you can't go wrong. Just play (or sing) as you feel (or are). Bring your own instrument or use one of 49's. All welcome.

Fite Fuaite & Irish music at 49 North Street. Pól O'Colmain, bilingual poet and musician extraordinaire facilitates this monthly pop-up Gaeltacht. The festival edition includes a musical celebration. Bring an instrument or come and listen - even if you don't (yet) speak a word of Irish!

Ealaíon Art Group This group provides an opportunity for people interested in visual art to explore ideas and experiment with materials. Monday 31st July. 11am – 12.30pm:
Mindfulness and Nature. Come experience a gentle mindfulness session with Wendy Robinson, a (nature) coach and mindfulness teacher. We will do some short exercises and mindfulness practices to give you an experience of mindfulness. The session is suitable for complete beginners as well as experienced meditators. Wendy will incorporate some nature-based teachings into the session. Bring whatever you need to feel comfortable – e.g. warm clothes or layers, a cushion for your back or to rest your feet on, a bottle of water. We look forward to welcoming you!

A conversation/workshop in which we look at ourselves and our surroundings through four different lenses. What is there? What would we like to see? And how does this connect to doughnut economics? With Alice Glendinning, Moze Jacobs, Peter Dunican and others.

Who am I? – Creative writing workshop. Maybe the most important question in the world, and writing can help you find answers. Bring a pen and paper and, if you like, an object or image that means something to you.
Thursday 3rd August. 5.30pm – 7pm:
Aperture 49 will hold a creative discussion about photography, the way it is used and its place in our modern digitalized world. Please bring your photographs to share. Facilitated by Tomasz Madajczak.
